Rubber recycling

Recycled rubber is a product that is recycled from waste tires through the process of vulcanization and lamination. Recycled rubber is used to make raw materials for the production of rubber products. Recycled rubber helps reduce production costs for businesses and protects the environment.

1. RECYCLED RUBBER PROCESSING PROCESS:

Old truck tires are removed from the apron, cleaned through the dust layer, and will be put into the steel cutout. Continued Scrap rubber is put into fine grinding to separate metal, screen and impurities. The rubber is then put into vulcanization and laminated. Finally, the finished product is packaged and distributed to the market.
